Our Experience

We have been involved in most aspects of the industry including residential, land, lots, and some commercial. Our current primary focus being on the residential. We sell and service most any type including new homes, resales, investment properties, and the sales and management of REO properties for lenders.

Our Objective

It is our intent to build long lasting quality relationships with our current and new customers and clients, by providing the best possible service that anyone can offer in our industry. We take great pride in assisting and representing in the purchase and sale of real estate.

Reynolds Realty is a local family owned business. The company was started by the broker Kathy Reynolds in 1983. She shared a duplex office with The Winder News, the then hometown newspaper. Because of our strong belief in service, integrity, and a "can-do" attitude toward the real estate business, our company has prospered and is still active today.

Our office is currently located at 13 South Center St. in Winder. We have been at this location since January 1985.
